WEEK 6

ACTIVITY: MEETING WITH SUPERVISOR

This week, we have met Madam Julie at her office to discuss our project. We explain to her the background of the project. We also discuss the process flow of the circuit, problem statements, and the objective of the project. She has suggested and given some ideas to improve our Smart Pigeonhole System.

Problem Statements:

1. The windows of the pigeonhole can be used by the student to steal other student's work.
2. Sometimes  the lecturer is not alert when the pigeonhole was full of the assignments or the laboratory reports.
3. The pigeonhole is just secured by a drawer lock and padlock that is not fully safe because it can be broke. 

Objectives of the project:

1. To build a secure and efficient pigeonhole system.
2. To indicate the status pigeonhole either full or not full.
3. To avoid students from cheating on submitting an assignment or laboratory report.
